This website is operated by The Master Field, trading as The Master Field ("The Master Field", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you submit a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the inquiry.
The website is intended mainly for teams, clubs, labels, distributors, and other business customers. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
2. Catalog and quote requests
Product pages, photographs, colors, descriptions, and indicative specifications are provided for general information. They are not a binding offer, price quotation, guarantee, or promise of availability.
Sending an inquiry does not place an order. A contract is formed only when the parties accept a written quotation, order confirmation, manufacturing agreement, or other signed commercial document. That document controls pricing, taxes, payment, samples, minimum quantities, specifications, tolerances, delivery, inspection, cancellations, returns, warranties, and remedies. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed commercial document controls for that order.
3. Custom products
Many products are made to order. Production schedules, material availability, color matching, sizing, artwork approval, packaging, and delivery estimates must be confirmed in writing. Minor manufacturing or color variations may occur within agreed samples and commercial tolerances. Custom products may not be cancellable or returnable after approval or production begins, subject to the binding order terms and applicable law.
4. Your artwork and instructions
You retain ownership of material you provide. You give us permission to use it only as reasonably needed to review the inquiry, prepare samples or quotations, and perform an accepted order. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for all names, logos, designs, trademarks, images, and instructions you submit and that our requested use will not infringe another person's rights or violate law.
5. Website intellectual property
The website, branding, text, graphics, layouts, product photography, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Master Field and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for evaluating our products. You may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit the website without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe rights;
- submit malicious code, false inquiries, spam, or abusive content;
